Alvarez College Union Experiences Changes, Features New Spaces and Office Moves
Over the past few months spaces have been moved and created throughout the Alvarez College Union. New construction on the post-office level allowed the recently renamed Center for Career Development and the new Union Station convenience store and Multicultural Office to move in.
This opened up a space on the top floor of the Alvarez College Union for the Center for Civic Engagement to move into the space formerly occupied by the Center for Career Development. The Chaplain鈥檚 office gained the entire space that they had previously shared with the Center for Civic Engagement, and were able to remove walls and create 鈥淭he Oasis,鈥 a new non-denominational space open to students of all religious traditions.
